CCAI’s discounted group rate is $99 plus tax for a standard room.  This special rate can only be obtained by booking through CCAI when you register.   

Please make your hotel reservation when you register online.  CCAI will be submitting all hotel reservations directly to the hotel and will inform you of your confirmation number after the hotel has processed all reservations.  Do not call the hotel, as they will not accept our group rate directly.  You will receive an acknowledgement of your hotel reservation along with your Annual Meeting Registration Acknowledgment.  Reservations must be made by May 28, 2010 to secure the special negotiated rate.

The Hyatt Regency Sarasota is located on Sarasota Bay in Downtown Sarasota.  You can walk to a wide variety of restaurants in downtown Sarasota and are just a short drive from popular beaches and St. Armand's Circle, filled with shops and restaurants.
 
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS

The Hyatt Regency Sarasota is served by the Sarasota - Bradenton International Airport.  It is a short 5 minute drive from the airport to the hotel.  Tampa International Airport is approximately one hour north of Sarasota and the Ft. Myers Airport (Southwest Florida International Airport) is approximately 90 minutes, providing additional airport options for you.  Delta, Airtran and USAirways are the primary carriers into Sarasota.  Southwest and many other airlines service Tampa.

TRANSPORTATION
If you are not renting a car, upon arrival at the airport, please call the hotel at 941-953-1234 and a shuttle will be dispatched.  There is an $8 per person charge each way.  Taxi fare is approximately $15 each way and can be found outside at the very end of the baggage claim area.
CAR RENTAL
All major car rental companies are on-site at the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport along with the Tampa and Fort Myers airports.  Hertz is offering discounts to CCAI attendees.  Go to www.hertz.com  and enter the CV Code: 04LF0001 for special CCAI discount rates.

PARKING
The Hyatt Regency Sarasota offers complimentary self parking.  Valet parking is $17 overnight.

WEATHER & ATTIRE
Highs during the day are typically in the low 90's with lows in the mid 80’s.  Occasional late afternoon showers are the norm in Florida in June.

 Dress for all meetings is resort casual – golf shirts and shorts.

 Your registration fee includes Educational Programming, Awards Luncheon & Tuesday Lunch, Welcome Reception and Refreshment Breaks.

Guests may attend the Welcome Reception at no cost.  Should your guest wish to attend the Awards Luncheon, the golf outing, or the optional outings on Sunday & Monday, please indicate that on the registration form as these optional activities require a separate registration fee.
