 General Information

CCAI GROUP ROOM RATE & RESERVATIONS

CCAI’s discounted group rate is $139 plus tax for a standard room.  This special rate can only be obtained by booking on CCAI’s hotel reservation form.  A $15 per night resort fees INCLUDES: wireless & wired internet service in your room; in-room coffee & bottled water; access to the fitness center; beach & pool towel services; daily newspaper; and more.

Please include your hotel reservation requests on your CCAI 2008 Annual Meeting Registration Form.  CCAI will be submitting all hotel reservations directly to the hotel and will inform you of your confirmation number after the hotel has processed all reservations.  Do not call the hotel, as they will not accept our group rate directly.  You will receive an acknowledgement of your hotel reservation along with you Annual Meeting Registration Acknowledgment.  Reservations must be made by May 21, 2008 to secure the special negotiated rate.

Adorning 700 feet of Clearwater’s pristine beachfront, Sandpearl Resort is the first new resort to be built on Clearwater Beach in 25 years.  The resort, which opened in August of 2007, blends refined amenities and nature’s splendor to offer meeting attendees a relaxing environment.  Sandpearl is a member of the Preferred Hotels and Resorts group.

Other on-property amenities include direct access to Clearwater Beach, a large outdoor pool with hot tubs; fire pit on the beach; a spa and fitness center; enrichment programs and a variety of dining options, both on-site and nearby.

The Sandpearl Resort is completely non-smoking!
AIRLINE RESERVATIONS
 The Sandpearl Resort is served by the Tampa International Airport.  Directions and transportation service information will be sent to you with your registration acknowledgement.  A wide range of airlines service the Tampa Bay area including Southwest.  Please book your flights early to obtain the best prices.

RENTAL CAR
 Discounts have also been arranged with Avis.  Sample rates are:  Economy: $131/week; Midsize: $164/week; Full size: $187/week.  Daily rates range from $34 for an economy car to $44 for a full size. WEATHER & ATTIRE
Highs during the day are typically in the high 80’s with lows in the mid 70’s. 

 Dress for all meetings is resort casual – golf shirts and shorts.

REGISTRATION FEES
 Your registration fee includes Educational Programming, Awards Luncheon, Welcome Reception and Refreshment Breaks.

Guests may attend the Welcome Reception at no cost.  Should your guest wish to attend the Awards Luncheon, the golf outing, or the optional outings on Sunday please make reservations for them on the registration form as these optional activities require a separate registration fee!
