ANNUAL MEETING
Optional Activities

CCAI’s Annual Meeting offers great networking opportunities through our series of optional social activities. 
Be sure to join us for any or all of these events.  A separate registration fee applies for each event except for the
Welcome Reception, which is included in the Annual Meeting Registration Fee.

SATURDAY, JUNE 21
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM  Golf Outing to Bardmoor Golf Club      
$85 per person (includes box lunch)             
$40 club rental (pay on site)

Just a short drive from our hotel, we’ll be holding our golf outing at the Bardmoor Golf Club.  Bardmoor served as the host to the PGA JC Penney Classic for 13 years. 

Designed for pros yet fun for all, the Bardmoor epitomizes Florida golf at its finest.  The course features TifEagle greens and manicured fairways and is consistently rated one of Florida’s best courses.  Tournament fees include: greens fees, cart, scoring, range balls, prizes and a box lunch.

SUNDAY, JUNE 22
10:00 AM  – 5:00 PM  Ringling Estate & Museum
$75 per person (includes lunch)
 
Our tour will take us to the estate of circus magnate John & Mable Ringling where you can tour their mansion, Ca d’Zan, followed by optional tours of three additional museums on the property: 

The Circus Museum detailing the history of the American circus; The Howard Bros. Circus, a ¾-inch-to-the-foot scale replica of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus when the tented circus was at its largest (circa 1919-1938).  This is the “largest miniature circus in the world” and was created over a 50-year time span by master model builder and philanthropist Howard C. Tibbals; and the Ringling Museum of Art. 

By the time we head back to Sandpearl, you will understand why the Ringling’s chose Sarasota as the winter home of their circus!  This tour includes transportation, lunch on property, admission to the Ringling Estate and docent tours at the Estate.


 

SUNDAY, JUNE 22
 7:00 – 9:00 PM  Sunset Cocktail Cruise
$60 per person (includes sandwich wraps, snacks, beer, wine & soft drinks)
Ahoy mates!  Join your fellow Chemical Coater Association members for a memorable evening sail on Kai Lani, a 50ft. catamaran that holds 49 people.  In addition to enjoying one of Florida’s spectacular summer sunsets, you’ll also enjoy sandwich wraps, fruit, vegetables, chips & dip, cookies and beer, wine and soda.  All are included in the price of the cruise.  This will be a private charter for CCAI Annual Meeting attendees only.  Catamaran capacity limited to the first 49 people.  Please book early.
