Pretreatment: Three Conveyorized Lines and batch processing:  One 6-stage power wash system and one 3-stage power wash system utilizing iron phosphate and R.O. water.  Spray wand with cleaner phosphate for batch system.
Product Size: 36" wide x 72" tall x 10' long on conveyor; 8' wide x 8' tall x 10' long in batch system; 12" wide x 60" tall x 12' long for temperature sensitive substrates.

Special Notes: PCI 3000 Certified.  We work with our customers from the prototyping stage through production to develop a high quality coated product using a process that is cost effective We are able to provide our customers high quality and  fast turnaround on both small runs and high volume jobs. The addition of a third line utilizing infrared ovens allows us to coat temperature sensitive substrates such as MDF and fiberglass.
