CCAI Training Manuals
CCAI offers six practical technical manuals on all aspects of organic
coating technology. They are ideal introductory, refresher or reference texts.
Each manual contains basic descriptions of processes and equipment,
instruction on proper technique and design, comparisons of technologies, and
information designed to help applicators become more efficient, productive and
keep pace with the industry.
Manuals include formulas and calculations to determine operating costs, transfer
efficiency, oven exhaust requirements and other important design and operation
information.
Copy is written in easy to understand language with lots of illustrations to aid
the readers' understanding. The

Applications manual is now available! This guide to
surface and conversion coating methods used in the effective
industrial finishing operations is designed to help the

Dos de los Manuales de CCAI más
populares, la cuarta edición de "Polvo que Cubre" y la segunda edición de "Pretratamiento
de Pintura", han sido traducido recientemente al español.
Los manuales tienen información actualizada
y especializada para ayudar al aplicador de recubrimientos en polvo estar al día

CCAI Spanish Training Manuals
Two of the most popular CCAI Training Manuals, the fourth
edition of the Powder Coating Training Manual and the second
edition of Paint Pretreatment Training Manual, have recently
been translated into Spanish.
These manuals have up-to-date, specific information to help the powder coating
applicator keep pace with the industry and to properly prepare parts to be
coated. CCAI Technical Director and author, Rodger Talbert, in cooperation with experts in the field that are fluent
