John Heyer with Kettle Moraine Coatings will speak to the CCAI Central States chapter from personal experience of how his company went through an inspection by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and survived.

The experience of going through an OSHA inspection is never fun. It is time consuming and could be financially costly in penalties. Doing some up front planning and taking the time to develop a game plan should an OSHA inspector show up can pay huge dividends.

This presentation will cover many of the things John and his company learned, including a variety of tips to help CCAI members prepare should OSHA come knocking on your door. OSHA is well staffed and so you may want to think of an inspection as a matter of "when” it might happen and not "if.”
