Join the CCAI Twin Cities Chapter for a plant tour of Cambria's Le Sueur, MN facility on Thursday, December 8th. Cambria is a family-owned, American–made producer of natural quartz surfaces. The company was established in 2000 and employees over 1,600 people across North America.
The process of creating the quartz countertops is an engineered product, consisting of a minimum of 93% quartz and 7% epoxy binder and pigment. An engineered product that requires no sealer has the advantage in that it requires no harsh chemicals to seal, nor does it emit harmful chemicals into the air, making it potentially more environmentally friendly.
This will be a guided tour through the Le Sueur manufacturing facility. Attendees will observe the manufacturing process, including a visit to the quality lab where the product is tested.
No photography and cell phones need to be turned off. Confidentially agreements to be signed prior to tour.

The Twin Cities Chemical Coaters Association will be collecting donations and toys during this event for the local Toys for Tots Campaign.
The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys to be distributed as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the Twin Cities area. This message of hope to the less fortunate children in our community is a great way to start the holiday season.
TC-CCAI will match the donations collected at the Cambria tour event.
