Join the CCAI Northern Illinois Chapter for a tour of Navistar's Melrose Park facility. Navistar is a leading manufacturer of commercial trucks, buses, defense vehicles and engines. The Melrose Park facility manufactures the MaxxForce 7 engine. In addition to the engine manufacturing, the facility is also home to the Truck Development and Technology Center.

It takes more than just a mission to succeed. It takes perseverance. It takes courage. And it takes drive.  Navistar believes the world is propelled forward by new ideas, and they pioneer technologies that burn cleaner fuel.  They also use the latest innovations to protect our troops, so they ride more safely into conflict - and back home. Pushing our industry forward is more than just Navistar's passion - It's their drive to deliver.  Navistar vehicles and engines keep economies moving. They deliver more children to school every day. They keep our troops safe. That's why they say without hesitation that Navistar is driving America forward - safely, smoothly and with the same dedication that they've had for more than 180 years.
