Optional Social Activities
We have several optional activities throughout the Annual Meeting.  Some of these activities will require you to purchase separate tickets for you and your guest(s). 


Chimayo & Vineyard Tour
Sunday, June 18
9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Cost:  $99 Per Person

This tour will take us on a scenic ride north from Tamaya. We will enjoy a traditional New Mexican lunch before venturing on to the town of Chimayo, known for its traditional Spanish Colonial weaving industry and it's native heirloom Chimayo chile.

We will also visit the Estrella Del Norte Vineyard for a wine tasting before returning to the hotel. Lunch and wine tasting are included in the price of the tour.

 


Golf Tournament

Club Rental Cost:  $60 (please reserve early, limited supply!)

Conveniently located on the resort property, Twin Warriors offers a one-of-a-kind, nationally ranked Gary Panks-designed course at the state’s high desert. Routed in and around 20 ancient cultural sites, this spectacular course, ranked #49 by Golf Digest for public courses, has beautiful grassy knolls and ridges dotted with Juniper and Pinon Pines.

• Greens fees

• Practice balls
• Course contests (Closest to the pin and longest drive)

Jemez Mountains Tour
Tuesday, June 20
1:00 - 5:00 PM
Cost:  $99 per person

Our adventure begins at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya where we’ll board our private motor coach to visit some of New Mexico’s most beautiful sites.

We will stop at Ponderosa Velley Vineyards for a wine tasting, before continuing north to the Valles Caldera and the Jemez Soda Dam.



The Valles Caldera harbors one of the largest herds of elk in North America, while the Soda Dam offers an unexpected waterfall. Bring your cameras and get ready for a great day exploring the best of New Mexico.

 

 




Olympics and BBQ Dinner
(optional activity for all registrants)

7:00 – 10:00 PM
Cost: $85

 

The event that members have been waiting all year for….OK, that might be an exaggeration but our Annual Olympics and BBQ is a highlight of the Annual Meeting and promises an evening of fun, laughter, challenges, competition, great food and dancing to a fantastic band.  This optional evening activity provides hours of great networking and the crowning of this year’s Olympic champions.  You don’t want to miss this fun event!
