WASTE WATER TREATMENT SPECIALIST - 3rd Shift

A position is open at Gardner Manufacturing Company, Horicon, WI for a 3rd Shift Waste water treatment specialists.  Responsibilities include monitoring and maintenance of waste water treatments system and monitoring of paint product quality and testing required by customers.  Supervison of the production personnel is also required. 

Experience needed:
Education and training in waste system process and regulatory requirements for the operation and maintenance of waste water treatment systems.  Education in paint product quality as related to painting process and testing.

TECHNICAL MANAGER

CAS-MI Laboratories, an independent coatings laboratory located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, is seeking a technical manager who will be responsible for serving as a technical and relationship champion for our client(s) by clarifying and managing client expectations regarding technical issues and initiatives related to the development of a unique polymer based system.  Broad knowledge of CAS-MI’s capabilities and functions with specific expertise in a least 2 market sectors (eg Coatings, Adhesives & Sealants, Polymers/Plastics/Packaging, Product Developments, etc) is required. 

Responsibilities include:  project management, technical expertise, client interaction, communication, and leadership.  A minimum of a B. S. in chemistry with project or program management, along with at least 5 years experience with paints and coatings development/application/certification is required. 

The candidate should be highly motivated, posses excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a team oriented, entrepreneurial company.  CAS-MI offers a competitive compensation package including health, dental, and life insurance, short and long term disability, Section 125, and vacation time.  This position needs to be filled immediately.
