Optional Social Activities
We have several optional activities throughout the Annual Meeting.  All of these activities will require you to purchase separate tickets for you and your guest(s). 


Ringling Brunch & Tour
Sunday, June 24

Cost:  $60 Per Person

John Ringling, one of the five brothers who owned and operated the circus called “The Greatest Show on Earth,” purchased 20 acres of waterfront property in Sarasota in 1911.  He built a beautiful Venetian Gothic style home on Sarasota Bay called “Ca’d’Zan.”  Today, two circus museums, the Ringling Museum of Art, and the Historic Asolo Theater share the Ringling property.

We will start with a private brunch at Muse, a contemporary restaurant inside the Visitors Pavilion.  After brunch, we’ll enjoy a tour of the rest of the property including the beautiful mansion belonging to John and Mable Ringling. This is truly a step back in time.

LeBarge Sunset Cruise
Sunday, June 24
6:30 - 9:00 PM
Cost:  $65 per person

Sarasota is known for spectacular sunsets and we’re going to head out in search of one on Sunday evening aboard the funky & fun LeBarge Tropical Cruise.  This private event will include finger foods, two drink tickets for the bar, music and lots of fun and laughter.  And a spectacular sunset!  The cruise departs across the street from the Westin Hotel.

 


Golf Tournament
Tuesday, June 26
12:30 - 5:00 PM
Cost:  $80 per person
Club Rental Cost:  $43 per person

Golfers will enjoy an afternoon of Florida golf at the University Park Country Club.  We will provide bus transportation to and from the Club for our shotgun start.  A boxed lunch and prize holes are included.

Includes:

  • Transportation to/from course (11:15 AM departure)
  • Greens fees
  • Cart
  • Boxed lunch
  • Practice balls
  • Course contests (Closest to the pin and longest drive)
  • Trophies and prizes

Club rental is extremely limited.

 


Olympics and BBQ Dinner

Traditionally one of the most memorable events of the meeting, our annual Olympics will return once again.  What team will claim the 2018 Gold medals?  This fun event is for guests of all ages and abilities.  Games, dinner, drinks and entertainment are included!
