Designed for women from all aspects of industrial finishing, we’ll gather to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the most important event for women in the industry. Featuring a variety of professional development and industry related sessions, participants will learn new ways to deal with issues that impact effectiveness, build strategies for success, learn about the latest trends in industrial finishing, and much more.

Our expert presenters come from a variety of backgrounds representing an impressive list of corporations and educational institutions, including Motive3, IFS Coatings, Finishing Dynamics, Steelhead Technologies, GAT Finishing Systems, Raphael Industries, Professional Plating, PPG, and the University of South Florida.

On Tuesday morning, April 16, WiF FORUM attendees will board a bus for a short drive to the world headquarters of Regal Boats. One of the largest family-owned and operated boat manufacturing companies in the world, craftsmanship is built into every Regal boat from 20-foot bowriders to 50-foot yachts. Production of each Regal boat features the perfect blend of skilled manual processes and the latest technology – from hand sewn upholstery to robotic finishing. Cancellations & Substitutions:
Cancellations received 30 days prior to the start of the event will receive a refund of registration fees less a $50 processing fee. Registrations cancelled within 30 days are non-refundable. Name substitutions are always accepted at no cost.
