Powered by the Chemical Coaters Association International (CCAI), Women in Finishing (WiF) provides a platform that fosters personal and professional development for women who have chosen or are pursuing a career in the finishing industry. WiF is inclusive of all levels and responsibilities within the finishing industry, from the finishing line to executive management.

WiF programming and resources enable members to:

Programming

Networking Events: WiF hosts a number of networking events throughout the year enabling members to connect in a relaxed, social atmosphere. We have hosted 2 Women in Finishing receptions at FABTECH.

Webinar Series: Designed to address relevant topics that impact both personal and professional lives of of WiF members, the webinar series provides a convenient avenue for education and development that can be shared all women in your organization. The webinar series is scheduled to launch in January 2019.

WiF FORUM: The first annual Wif FORUM was held in early may 2019. Through unique programming participants learned new ways to deal with issues that impact effectiveness, provide balance between personal and professional life, discover relaxation and stress management tools, maximize professional impact, build strategies for success, and much more.  

Membership

WiF membership is free to all CCAI Corporate member representatives*, Custom Coater member representative*, individual, and student members.  Current CCAI members can click here to join the Women in Finishing group.

If you are not yet a member of CCAI, click here to join and select Women in Finishing when entering your profile information. Individual memberships are just $95 and student memberships $20. Both include your WiF membership.
