CCAI/IFCA Announces Board of Directors and Officers for 2026 - 2027

The Chemical Coaters Association International (CCAI/IFCA) announced its 2026-27 National Board of Directors and Officers in May at the association’s Annual Meeting in Jekyll Island, Georgia. Representing member companies from across North America, these leaders play a key role in advancing CCAI/IFCA’s commitment to education, networking, and industry growth.

CCAI/IFCA reached a significant milestone with the election of Michelle Striggow of Graco, Inc. as the association's first female National Board President. “It truly is an honor to step into the role of president at such an exciting time. Being the first woman in this position is something I carry with both pride and excitement,” Striggow states. “I’m thankful for the opportunity to build on CCAI/IFCA’s already strong foundation. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by such a strong group of board members who will help keep things moving in the right direction.”

As he begins his term as Treasurer, Nick Dawson of KOCH Finishing Systems reflects on the value of CCAI/IFCA membership and the opportunity to serve the organization in a leadership capacity, "I’ve really enjoyed being part of the CCAI/IFCA family and the friendships I’ve built along the way, many of which go beyond traditional business relationships. My involvement has been incredibly rewarding, both professionally and personally.” Dawson continued, saying “I’m honored to continue serving on the National Board and grateful to my peers for their support in electing me Treasurer. I look forward to working alongside this outstanding group to help strengthen CCAI/IFCA and support the future of the finishing industry."

Finally, as one of CCAI/IFCA's newest board members, Neil Steffen of Belco Industries brings a passion for industry education and member engagement to his board role. “Early in my career, CCAI/IFCA’s System Design manual helped me build a practical understanding of finishing systems, so I’ve always appreciated the organization’s focus on elevating the industry through accessible education and knowledge sharing,” Steffen said. “As a board member, I’m looking forward to helping bring more young professionals into the industry and continuing to grow engagement from end-users.”
