EDGE Session 3 Schedule
Being a High Performance Leader & Connecting Personal Life with Professional Fulfillment
In this session, the team will learn the keys to building their own leadership style that maximizes success to being a high performing leader. This includes learning how to focus on a mission that is aligned with company goals and maximizing efficiencies. They will learn how to create their Leadership Development Plan, which they will present to their team in session 4. During this session the team will engage in roundtable discussions that focus on key operational issues and on progress being made reaching their personal goals that drive their quality of life.
