This session will explore the material-handling and conveyor systems commonly used in finishing lines, including insights into new and alternative conveyance methods being adopted in modern finishing systems. The primary focus will be on overhead conveyance solutions, with brief discussion of relevant floor-mounted conveyor technologies. We will also examine how Industry 4.0 and 5.0 features—along with robotics, big data analytics, and AI integrations—are being incorporated into today’s finishing systems.
Joseph Wildenberg is a Sales Engineer with Therma-Tron-X, Inc. (TTX), leader of high quality and innovative finishing systems. Joseph grew up in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, and holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. Prior to joining TTX, he gained ten years of experience in controls, electronics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and research & development within the heavy-duty equipment and vehicle industry. Leveraging his comprehensive educational background and extensive industry knowledge, Joseph brings a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-focused solutions to his role at TTX.
