Welcome to the FABTECH 2026 FINISHING Conference submission site. We appreciate your interest in this world-class event. Please follow the guidelines on this page to submit an abstract for consideration in the 2026 conference.

CCAI's selection process will focus on industry-relevant content and education. We also look for speakers who can provide interactive sessions and are engaging, inspiring and implement practices that will enhance the attendee learning experience. FABTECH has a strict policy on non-use of commercial abstracts and sales pitches.

Please note: Priority selection is given to CCAI Corporate Members and CCAI FABTECH Finishing Pavilion Exhibitors.

You must complete all information and hit SUBMIT at the bottom of the page. After you submit your abstract, you will be directed to a confirmation page noting that your abstract was received.

REQUIREMENTS
*You must review and agree to the following to be considered for selection as a FABTECH 2026 speaker:* I understand I am required to provide a copy of my PowerPoint presentation for review and approval by the assigned due date and that the presentation may be available to attendees post event. All presentations will be pre-loaded on the session laptop for the event. Failure to meet the deadline may result in removal from the program. I understand I am volunteering my time, no honorarium or expenses will be paid. I understand my presentation must be technical and educational in nature, non-commercial, with no branding or logos. I understand that it is my responsibility to help promote my participation as a FABTECH speaker. I agree to provide a replacement speaker in the unlikely event I am unable to attend as a presenter and understand the replacement speaker must be from an exhibiting company. I understand any reproduction of the FABTECH and CCAI brands and videotaping of any session is prohibited. I acknowledge and agree that my FABTECH 2026 presentation(s) may be photographed, recorded, and reproduced in various formats, including CD, DVD, flash drive, print, and online, for inclusion in the FABTECH Conference Proceedings. I grant FABTECH permission to use and distribute these materials as described. Please note: Previously published materials—including, but not limited to, articles, book chapters, and speeches—are not eligible for inclusion in FABTECH 2026 materials.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
