Welcome to the FABTECH 2025 FINISHING Conference speaker submission site. We appreciate your interest in this world-class event. Please follow the guidelines on this page to submit an abstract for consideration in the 2025 conference.

CCAI's selection process will focus on industry-relevant content and education. We also look for speakers who are engaging, inspiring and implement practices that will enhance the attendee learning experience.

FABTECH has a strict policy on non-use of commercial abstracts and sales pitches.

We appreciate your interest in sharing your expertise and knowledge. The CCAI FABTECH FINISHING Conference team is proud of its commitment to advancing the future of our industry and manufacturing!

After you submit your abstract, you will be directed to a confirmation page noting that your abstract was received. PLEASE PRINT a copy of the confirmation page for your records. You will be notifed in early Spring 2025 of your acceptance status.

CCAI Corporate members and CCAI FABTECH Finishing Pavilion Exhibitors.

REQUIREMENTS
I understand I am volunteering my time, no honorarium or expenses will be paid. I understand my presentation must be educational and non-commercial (not a sales pitch). I understand that it is my responsibility to help market my participation as a FABTECH speaker. I understand I am required to provide a copy of my PowerPoint presentation for review and approval by the assigned due date and that the presentation may be available to attendees post event. Failure to meet the deadline may result in removal from the program. I agree to provide a subsitute speaker in the unlikely event I am unable to attend as a presenter. I agree to bring my own laptop with my presentation and any videos loaded and ready for presenting. I understand that wi-fi will not be available in the session room. I understand any reproduction of the FABTECH brand and videotaping of any session is prohibited. I acknowledge that my FABTECH 2025 presentation(s) may be photographed and reproduced in a number of different media, including CD, DVD, flash drive, print and online. I agree to any such reproduction and release of these materials to FABTECH with respect to my participation with these organizations. Please note: Previously published materials including, but not limited to, articles, book chapters, speeches, etc. are not acceptable for inclusion in the various FABTECH 2025 materials.
