Substrates Coated: Cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, cast aluminum.

Pretreatment: 10 stage dip system for cleaning, steel and aluminum with 5 RO water rinse stages, lean coat phosphate free conversion coating for steel and aluminum. For large products we have a high pressure cleaning system for cleaning all substrates. This system has an acid etching/cleaning chemical for aluminum and a steel cleaning/phosphate chemical for all steel products.

Testing Capabilities: Calipers; Colorimeter test kit; Markson digital PH meter; Titration testing kits; Data pack oven monitor; Elcometer crosshatch test kit; Elcometer gloss meter; PosiTector uncured powder thickness gauge.
