Pretreatment: Three conveyorized lines and two batch processing systems: One 5-stage power wash system and one 3-stage power wash system utilizing iron phosphate and a sealer. The third line has a 5-stage Zirconium pretreatment system. The manual spray wand cleaning system on the batch lines allow for use of a cleaner phosphate, aluminum pretreatment and sealer as required. R.O. rinses are used throughout.
Product Size: 36" wide x 72" tall x 10' long on conveyor; 8' wide x 8' tall x 20' long in batch system.
Testing capabilities: Normal Process Controls, Color, Gloss, Film Thickness, Adhesion, Salt Spray, etc. Complete in-house QA lab.
Special Notes: PCI 3000 Certified. We are also a TCI TruDurance Certified Applicator for AAMA 2604 & 2605 applications. We work with our customers from the prototyping stage through production to develop a high quality coated product using a process that is cost effective.
