Pretreatment: One 6-stage power wash system utilizing alkaline cleaner, iron phosphate, non chrome sealant (optional) and D.I. rinse; one 3-stage cleaner phosphate system, spray wand with cleaner phosphate for batch system, sand/bead blasting.
Product Size: 36" wide x 60" tall x 12' long on main conveyor; 36" wide x 60" tall x 10' long on second line; 6' wide x 7' tall x 48' long in batch area.
Testing Capabilities: Normal Process Controls, Film Thickness, Adhesion, Gloss Pencil Hardness, Hunter Colorimter, Light Table, Microscope.
