Pretreatment: 3 conveyorized lines with 8 stage pre-treat system using Iron Phosphate conversion coatings with RO rinsing and Dry in Place Seal.
Product Size: 36" wide x 72" tall x 20' long on conveyorized lines. Also have batch coating capabilities up to 84" wide x 84" tall x 18' long.

Special Notes: Keystone Koating is able to coat architectural products to meet the American Architectural Manufactures Association (AAMA) 2604 and 2605 specification and is listed on the AAMA 2605 VCL and is an approved applicator for IFS Coatings and TCI Powder Coatings AAMA 2604 & AAMA 2605 coatings. In addition, Keystone Koating has been named a Product Finishing Top Shop five years in a row.
