With eighteen years of experience in the metal fabrication business, Jesus Raul Martinez, Sr., started JR Custom Metal Products, Inc. in his garage in 1974. His equipment consisted of one welder, one press brake and his hand tools. This one-man shop has grown to one of Wichita’s leading family-owned businesses with closely-held values. Today we employ over 150 people from Wichita and the surrounding areas.

We are excited to announce the expansion of our capabilities with a state-of-the art powder coating facility. The facility was designed as a pressurized building to keep contaminants and debris out of the facility, providing optimal conditions for the powder coating line. We have gone to great lengths to incorporate industry leading technology, with none like it in the State of Kansas or surrounding regions.
