The CCAI Twin Cities Chapter Offers a Tour of BTD Manufacturing Lakeville

Join the CCAI Twin Cities chapter for a tour of BTD manufacturing. BTD offers state of the art, production powder coating systems in multiple locations.
At their Minnesota locations they offer a CNC controlled powder coating paint system
that includes an in-line shot blast and wash system to meet or exceed our customers most demanding salt spray requirements.
Their state of the art powder-on-powder coating process is designed to deliver superior results. Customers have
the option to use or bypass an in-line automated shot-blast system in conjunction with a 7-stage wash system. They also offer one of the largest in-house part window profiles available in the metal fabrication industry. With a part window of 15’ long
X 6’ tall X 4’ wide, they can handle projects both large and small.
The tour will include:
- Parts masking
- 7-stage pretreatment washer
- Powder coat application
- Press brake and blanking departments
- Welding department
