OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
In addition to great educational programming at the CCAI - PEI - ECA Annual Meeting these optional activities give you the opportunity to get to know fellow attendees in a relaxed setting. All optional activities have a separate registration fee. These activities can be booked during the registration process.
THURSDAY, MAY 28
Jekyll Island Golf Club - Indian Mound Course

Registration is limited; please reserve early
This course displays Jekyll Island’s pristine beauty and woodland areas. Designed by Joe Lee, it’s the shortest, yet still a bit challenging, course on the island.
Fees:
Golf & Lunch: $95 (includes boxed lunch)
Club Rental: $55 (must pre-reserve during registration but you’ll pay at the course)

Historic Island Trolley Tour & Georgia Sea Turtle Center Tour
2:00 – 4:00 PM
This fun and informational afternoon will begin at the Georgia Sea Turtle Center. It’s Georgia’s only sea turtle education and rehabilitation facility. Along with seeing rehabilitation in action, there are a host of interactive exhibits & experiences. Next, we’ll board a trolley for a Jekyll Island Historical Tour. This guided tour will step back in time while each historic building’s story unfolds. The Jekyll Island Club founders created an exclusive Gilded Age retreat for family & friends on this barrier island. We’ll gain entry into one of the historic cottages and admission to the Mosaic Museum & Faith Chapel at the end of the tour. Book early as we expect this optional activity to sell out!
Fee:
$65 per person and includes all entrance fees and the historic trolley tour.
Beach Team Building & BBQ Dinner
6:30 – 9:00 PM
This year, we’re taking team building to the next level with a one-of-a-kind experience we’ve never done before. Our “surprise” event will feature teams competing for bragging rights as we crown a winner in this exciting challenge. It’s not physical, so everyone can participate and be part of the fun. For the first time, family members may join the same team, while co-workers will be placed on different teams to mix things up and encourage new connections.
After the beach activities wrap up, we’ll head to the Sand Bar—just a short walk away—for a delicious BBQ dinner. Get ready for an evening filled with fun, friendly competition, and great camaraderie for all!
